"Avoid this location during their construction. It’s a mess with people shoved everywhere and anywhere. We came in an ambulance and they transferred my wife to a rolling chair on the floor, in the middle of the waiting room! I was very upset. You can find better care some place else. Hopefully it’s better once construction is done"

"The nurses and front office staff are all amazing and on top of their stuff, which was the only positive. Wait times are absolutely insane, I was there for 6 hours and talked to my doctor for less than 2 minutes. Privacy is out the window because they have patients sitting in chairs in hallways instead of beds/rooms because of construction. A staff member came up to me and didn't even ask my name, she just started saying my nurse said I was asking to leave which I wasn't. She just walked away without an explanation. When I read my test results when I got home, there were 2 concerning things the doctor didn't talk to me about. I went to urgent care the next day and the PA there actually took care of me. Edit: I have emailed patient relations and the email address provided below and have not received a response. Pretty disappointing."

"Horrible experience! I brought my toddler son in to be checked for bronchitis or pneumonia since he was exposed to it, and had a horrible cough. While waiting, half the waiting room is full of sick patients (I’m assuming due to not enough beds). Once brought back, the nurse nor the doctor even examined my son! The nurse was horribly rude. The doctor literally did not step foot into our “room”. He did not check to listen to my sons lungs, heart, ears, eyes, etc (the normal things a doctor usually first does). He looks at me and says there’s nothing he could do, that he wouldn’t suggest a X-ray because of exposure. I was baffled and left more confused. It was maybe 5 minutes of seeing this doctor. It was pathetic. Also when we were in the waiting room, a father with a 8 month old was waiting even though his child was told to come back in ASAP due to a blood issue, an emergency, yet they made him wait until he finally said he was a lawyer and this could be a lawsuit. I would not be surprised if this hospital already has numerous lawsuits due to these issues. Please, go somewhere else! This place has horribly gone downhill."

"Today, 10/10/23, I was referred to the ER by Urgent Care for emergency tests. All of my medical files are with HonorHealth. I arrived with paperwork from HonorHealth Urgent Care. At the ER the receptionist went "Karen" on me because I could not remember my social security number. I repeatedly stated that I could not repeat the numbers in order because I am dyslexic, presented my drivers' license, the new type that is good enough for flying, yet the Karen continued to question my identity and repeated that she would not confirm my medical file because I was refusing to give her my social security numbers. My BP went to 178/99, when in even stressful conditions it does not go above 130/70. I felt very unsafe in this place. I was not sure that the Karen would provide my medical information to the attending physicians or what else she would do. I had to leave and look for another hospital that has better receiving staff. I don't know where this Karen came from, but she is dangerous and make this ER an unsafe place."
