"This review will be a little long so I hope not to lose your interest. First time here, my wife and I were really looking forward to the experience. After checking in at the box office you get your crown with your knights colors. We had the red & yellow knight. The castle is very clean and has places to take pictures. We bought the Queens package, this got us a picture, priority seating. We purchased a mug with a piña colada slushy. Then waited about an hour to be let into the arena. Here it comes, your seated elbow to elbow with the person next to you. This made it uncomfortable to eat or move around. Then the server welcomes you and say’s don’t forget to tip (wow). They start you off with a tomato bisque soup which was ok. Then about 10 minutes later a piece of garlic bread which was supposed to come with the soup. The cast members do their intro’s and about 20 minutes later the sever comes out with a tray of chicken. Unfortunately it was bland and had a some weird seasoning. Next came a tiny little piece corn 10 minutes later. Again no taste and again 10 minutes later a piece of potato which was hot but hard to bite into. Lastly the soda was watered down and FLAT… There was a lot of interaction and cheering when the show started. The horses were nice to see. The hawk flying around was pretty cool. In my opinion the cast worked pretty hard to entertain which was a plus. As a place to bring the kids yeah it’s ok but for the price think twice. My experience here was disappointing and maybe it’ll be different for others. My reviews are not to discourage you but are to share my experiences."
"Pretty awesome experience for the most part. The show was the best part. The fighting was probably the best I've seen. It was action-packed and engaging. The sword fighting was better than the Renaissance Festival. The horse show was just okay and kinda boring. The jousting and games were pretty good and definitely got the crowd going. It was very hard to hear what the actors were saying. It could just be that the accent they were imitating was hard to understand. We were surprised the food was actually very tasty. Soup, chicken, corn, potatoes, and bread. There are no utensils and hardly any napkins. I would bring some wet wipes if you have kids. Our server thought it was a joke when my family asked for napkins and was all medieval about it. It was slightly funny. While you're waiting for the show to start, you're in an atrium where you can buy drinks and souvenirs. I honestly wouldn't get there too early since there's not much to do but spend more money. You get your picture taken first and then head into this waiting area/atrium. Overall, it's pretty pricey, and the upgrades are not super worth it. It still was fun, and we will most likely return."
"Foods not the reason you go here! The show is absolutely amazing and worth every moment! The actors are great and you can see their close relationship with their horses, esp as performers this is important so the animal & trainer are in tune. Some of the wait staff I felt treated people like idiots. Not ours, but definitely the one right behind us. I understand people as a group are not very bright, but that's not a reason to treat everyone this way. Our server was on point and super professional and polite. We upgraded to the Queens VIP package, for front row seats, only to have to crane our necks to see anything the entire show. That was very disappointing. It was then hard to understand what was happening during part of the show because people were standing in front of us or it was too far on the other side of the arena. But it was an amazing show! Thank u for an entertaining evening!"
"Very nice dinner show! My parents in law brought the whole family went to see the show and it was so impressive. The show was 2 hours and there’s a 3-course dinner go with it. The foods are nice and show was fun. You will definitely enjoy it, I highly recommend."
