"Since the administration changed in mid-September, my experience with Teach and Care Child Care Center has been nothing short of exceptional. The positive transformation is palpable, and it's all thanks to the owners, dedicated staff and remarkable teachers like Miss Maria. Miss Maria, my children's teacher, embodies excellence in every sense. Her genuine care for her students is evident in every interaction. Not only does she nurture their academic growth, but she also fosters a sense of family and community within the classroom. I've been delighted to participate in family projects she sends home, which strengthen our bond and involvement in our children's education. Every day, my daughters come home brimming with excitement, eager to share the artwork and projects they've created under Miss Maria's guidance. It's heartwarming to witness the love and attention they receive, which has undoubtedly contributed to their increased confidence and independence. Moreover, Teach and Care Child Care Center has undergone significant renovations, both inside and out. The new playgrounds are a hit with my kids, and the overall ambiance is inviting and well-maintained. I wholeheartedly recommend Teach and Care to any parent seeking a nurturing and supportive environment for their children. From the caring staff to the immaculate facilities, it's evident that this center prioritizes the well-being and development of every child in their care. "Constant Undocumented incidents that 2 of my children experienced while in this hell hole. Yea it’s clean teachers appear nice at first then hide when u have questions regarding your child. Very unprofessional. So when I started asking for explanations and why I was not told about certain incidents is when things got shady. Called me while I was at work 5x regarding my 5 year old son saying he needs counseling and had to learn sign language because he’s speech delayed. Saying he hits children all day (mind you not once have I experienced this from previous daycare) then next day was told my 2 yr old daughter was punching a teacher. When I picked her up they failed to tell me her lip was busted and hair had been pulled out. So of course I wanted more details regarding the incident but nope the next day they expelled my children and told me that they were not releasing any of their belongings until I paid all these secret fees that came out of the woodworks. Threatened my husband of fraud and also threatened to call DES childcare so I would not receive services .. not to mention my kids are biracial and have been treated differently from the jump. So this is the treatment you will receive if you question your child’s safety"

"I have been taking my kids here for a while now and they absolutely love it. The staff and owners are super nice and caring. They treat my kids as if they were their own. I trust them entirely and would not take them any where else. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who is looking for a good day care."

"My low rating is mainly because of the administration. The teachers are nice and the place is clean, but the manager is very passive aggressive and has an attitude. When we complained about her and the way she spoke to my husband the owners took her side. I understand there are parents that honestly just try to get people in trouble but we were genuinely just upset that she could get away with her attitude. She constantly complained about my son being a pain and crying all day but when we asked the teacher of the class she would say the opposite and claim he was well behaved. The final straw was when the owner gave my son’s spot away. He didn’t go in for a week because we were on vacation but a note was written that he would be coming back. The owner claimed she saw that his attendance had dropped and gave his spot away but didn’t see the note written right next to that. She called me the day before I was supposed to bring him in leaving me with no childcare. I had to work the very next morning and I told her so, either way she didn’t care and left me with no childcare. Point being this establishment is very unprofessional and I should have paid attention to the low rating."
