"Closes way too early, dumbells have thick, spinning handles, trainers don't know what they are teaching, locker rooms are horrendous and smell really bad. If anything, it's more of a daycare than a gym."

"Beside the obvious physical reasons to go to the Y each morning it is a nice way to start off your day with a smiling face behind the check in counter. In addition, the friendships that have been made that will last a life time. Alright I am old so that may not be as long as insinuated."
"Very friendly staff and atmosphere. Equipment, pool and premises are well maintained. The pool is open all year, which is a big, plus with water aerobics for adults in the mornings between 9a.m. and 10 a.m. Children’s activities like kids care while adults are working out and adult classes for Zumba. A separate exercise room is equipped with cable gym equipment with each unit adjustable for weight/resistance."
