"Nationwide failed to disclose important information about fees before the exam. Then they don’t ship contacts to your home forcing me to once again travel almost 2 hours just to pick up contacts. So not only did I have to pay $50 fee just to order contacts, which I had to borrow from a friend. But I have to spend more gas on traveling to pick up my contacts when they come in. They showed no empathy for the trouble I had to endure."

"They were right on time for my appointment. Even though there were many patients in the office, I didn't have a long wait. Then they helped me find frames and ordered them. Then I was on my way. The doctor was very pleasant, and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. He didn't rush me or my appointment. He seemed to really care. So often here in Yuma, it seems like doctor office's act like they're herding cattle and want to rush you out the door. Not here very welcoming. I highly recommend this office."

"Had to go here because of the insurance that I have. It gave me the impression of a puppy mill. Get them in and get them out. Doc was good. Rest of the staff was OK. Took 11 days to get me specs. They are as ordered. Nobody in the office gave me the impression that they would go the extra mile. Even with my insurance Mexico would've been cheaper, better and faster for glasses. I will skip them next time and just go to Mexico"
