"Fries were cold, Sandwich normally has sauce lettuce and tomato. I asked for no lettuce and tomato and I received a sandwich that consist of a piece of chicken and the sourdough. I never knew that asking no lettuce or tomato meant I want it plain. The best part of the meal was the shake. Honestly makes me not wanna go back to this restaurant but it is the closest one to my house."
"Great burgers and fries! Hot and fast! Sandra helped us when we had a problem using the app and was so nice! I thought I hadn't received a credit for points I used and she gave me a card for free food to compensate without batting an eye! Smiling, courteous and professional! People like her work hard to make the world around them better! Keep Sandra! My husband said, "Pay her more money!""

I've always liked Jack in the crack food, service and atmosphere has been very pleasant except for the restrooms my goodness men's smelled like urine My wife says woman's restroom is always clean thank you for that my daughter's appreciate it and the lobby just needs a little more attention sorry no photos next time I'll snap a few."
"I was there last night and bought a chocolate cake which is always served either cold or room temp, so i politely asked an employee if he could please hear it up for about 15 seconds real quick. Not only did he refuse to do so, but he was very rude and snarky at that. There were no other customers in line and it was a pretty slow night so it's not like they were busy or anything. so that's why they're gettiing this 1 star rating with a negative review, very poor customer service. Will not be returning. This is the issue with the food industry these days, no one cares about the customers anymore!"
