"Good fixer-upper if you rent from here"

"Been living here for about four months during the time neighbors are obnoxious the heritage point office won’t help you resolve maintenance in your apartment they have leaky ceilings. I’ve told them about they came and tried to fix the problem by creating a mess dust all all over my things But couldn’t find the leak. They just patched it and said it’s fixed and now it’s leaking again. They do maintenance early in the morning so if you have a newborn they don’t give you a notice they give you a notice three months prior to them doing the work and they think that one notice would be enough for continuous work throughout the year they got debris all over my car when working on the garages The best word I can use to describe this place is ghetto stay away if you don’t want to live in the ghetto"

"I've been here over ten years, and it started out great, the managers are awesome. That being said, the pool is always broken, it's never open. With rent being over 1100$ they should be able to fix it?????"

"I have lived here for 7 years and LOVE every minute of it. Shelly, Angie and their team are amazing, professional and courteous. They are very quick on handling maintenance request. The property is kept very clean. I would highly recommend living here. Thank you all for everything!"

"I can honestly say that living here has been great. Marita is a pretty cool lady. Friendly over the phone. Does her best to help. The maintenance guys are awesome. Its pretty quiet. In walking distance from most fast food places. And the best part is albertsons is right across the train tracks. Not to shabby. Recommend."
