"I was told that I would be getting a new dishwasher because the one that in my apartment is broken and can’t be fixed. I was told this a week ago also maintenance mentioned that it should be here Monday or Tuesday but nothing yet and no one has let me know when it will be here . Everything was handled in a timely manner so I am very thankful for the support from Stephanie and her maintenance crew."

"I am totally disgusted with the maintenance supervisor here. I was Without hot water for nine days. All he had to do was divert the water out of the water heater, and everything would’ve been fine, but he didn’t and when he was in here, he gave me major attitude. I told him that he was not welcome in this apartment anymore. You guys want to hear more. give me a call"

"Vintage apartments are the best. The apartments are extremely nice. I love that they are pretty well self contained. Mail boxes are indoors and the public areas are very well maintained. The best thing is the staff. They are very friendly and helpful. If any problem does arise, they are on it immediately. 5 stars over all!"

"I couldn't be happier with the Management team of Stephanie and Karina ! ..... I love their open-door policy and if an issue arises they are very polite and get it handled right away.This time I spoke with Karina regarding a couple of small repairs, she was so nice and put the work order in right away. I would also like to praise the maintenance department of Francisco and Victor. Francisco has handled a few minor repairs over the last year ...... this man is a gem ! He is very knowledgeable, courteous and repairs things extremely fast ... and the proper way ! ...... I really enjoy living here with this excellent team running Vintage !!!"
