Staff are very quick at setting maintenance appts up as well as maintenance getting to the problem quickly. Amenities are great. Will live here to our end. Great place folks"

"Spent a year here, only leaving cuz I’m transferring to another city for work. The vistas staff and property has been a great place for me and my family. We have loved our spot on the property and the grounds are kept up well, security and staff present daily. Really turned out to be safe and quiet for myself and my family. Staff is friendly and attentive to problems. Though in the year here we have had minimal issues. Was a very easy and welcoming move in, just don’t forget move out notice is 60 days or u gotta pay to leave lol. Other than that, great spot to have spent our time in Laughlin.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The people working in the office are great people! But that’s about the only good thing about this place! Lived here for a year. AC was out my 2nd month living here for over 30 days in mid summer and they would just keep telling me they were waiting on a part to fix it.. then cockroach’s was awful here constantly!!! Not to mention my unit not having Landry and them shutting down all 3 Landry rooms for 4+ month for renovations.. Then when my lease was finally up they wanted to raise rent to 1300 a month for this place. Please don’t make the same mistake i made any place is better then this! PS little add on had my power washer stolen out of my truck here security’s a joke and they don’t have cameras!"
