"Long wait times so if you're okay waiting over an hour past your scheduled appointment time this is the place for you. Rude front desk girl and it seems like the majority of the staff care about the patients who have been going there for years as opposed to treating everyone with kindness. There is one good doctor there, but he's definately not worth the long waits a rude staff."

"Like many other medical clinics and hospitals now a days, they give you an appointment time and sure, it should be normal for a 20 to 35 minute waiting time right? Well yesterday I had an 11:50 am time to be there, I always make it 5 - 10 minutes before the schedule, was there till about 12:40 pm. And just left. I hope I can find a better clinic here in Casa Grande."

"I had ran out of insulin and called the office to request a refill as the provider had told me to to adjust dosage until I was able to level out my morning numbers so I ran out of insulin sooner than we thought and had to go two weeks without, because her MA couldn't ask or send my provider a quick email asking for refill with adjusted dosage. Provider is great, I feel that she is truly helping me get my diabetes under control but staff was not as this is very dangerous."
