"I'd like to share my experience of Clayton Holmes with you first. It is taken almost over 2 years to get my home. When we received it, We understood items to be fixed.that there would be a few things wrong and it had to be fixed totally understood. But now it's simply ridiculous. They have used caulcking to fill in holes where cracks were and instead of fixing them. They have just painted over the damage. When I notify Clayton they just pushed me aside. Twice, they have told me that smart star. Was done with my home and that everything was great. I have never met with smartstart nor have I done the last walk through with Clayton or smart start. This has been a total fiasco I have done my due diligence and walked through my home without Clayton and have found the things that were wrong with my home and have sent them in to get repair. They have playcated me throughout the process. I do not appreciate the way that Clayton has treated me. During the building of my forever home. I get to look at it up on the Hill, but not live in it. These are supposed to be proficient builders of Clayton homes. Yet multiple things are not done. They have not painted the trim or the baseboards. Things are not aligned. It's enough to make a grown man cry. If I was to tell you all the things that have been wrong with my home. I've been on here for days."
