"Very convenient close to campus! I was lucky enough to get a parking spot but I know a lot of people that don’t get one, I have the private room and it fit everything I needed it too!"
"First week living here and the location of this apartment has been amazing! The apartments are spacious and affordable especially because of how close to campus they are! The management is very accommodating and maintenance was so quick to respond to our service request! The digital locks on the front of the door make me feel very safe and secure in the apartment, especially since the door automatically locks behind you. :)"
"I love living at the stay! It is in an ideal location, I love the pool, and I love having in unit washer and dryer. I’ve lived in both the shared room and the standard private room. The private room is a great size with lots of spare storage and space. The shared room is pretty tight, there’s not a lot of space but there is a good amount of storage. One thing I will say is that some of the units are much nicer, much more newly renovated, than others. My unit is new and awesome; my friends unit though is out of date, has a lot less kitchen storage, and is in all around much worse condition than mine and the pictures online. Would definitely recommend living here!! Try to see if you can get a renovated unit."
"This is my second year living at the stay and I have had good experiences living here both years! Maintenance always helps me so quickly and Mallory has always been super quick to respond. I haven't had any issues and I really enjoy how close I am to campus. Definitely worth the price for the space and how nice the space is. Anytime someone comes over during the day they are always blown away by how nice the space looks. Would definitely recommend to others."
"I really love living at the stay! This is my second year here and I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. It’s right next to campus and just a short walk from several outlets. The apartment itself is very cute and perfectly sized for college students! Not to mention that there’s an awesome pool! If you’re thinking about living here, DO IT! Management is great and does everything they can to make you feel at home!"
