"This company "managed" our rental house for 6 years, the tenants didn't change, it was an easy job for them. The house was in great shape and ready to rent when we signed the agreement with them. They were supposed to do regular visits and walkthroughs through the property. After 6 years they gave us the house back. They said they spend all the security deposit on cleaning and repairs and had nothing left. The house was in horrible condition. Lots of trash, bulky items left in the backyard, broken windows, missing bath and light fixtures, no window screens, damaged doors. We spend lots of time and money fixing it after their "management"."
