"I am giving this review 2 stars. Though he holds a certificate and is used by state programs and funding, his memory seems detached and biased. I had explained many truths to him in detail, and yet the evaluation came back with much misinformation. His credibility seems to be farfetched. I find it kind of humorous, though his opinion dictates if I can have my children in my own custody. I will be reporting him and seeking better opinions by professionals who care to handle things properly. Shame on you Dr Thal."

"This man is a puppet for DCS. 99% of his clients come from DCS case's. Which means he does what DCS want's him to say. If you need a honest evaluation call Dr. Rosenguard."
