"This place is a scam. Doctor was not bad. They took my co-pay and said they took my insurance until my third appointment as I was already there in person they wanted to charge me fully for my visit and past visits. Not even a phone call before my scheduled appointment to say there was an issue. The front desk were all new and could not help in any way and finally said billing will help sort out. Cannot get a hold of billing and when I finally did they were not able to help at all and continued to bill me without insurance which I would not have authorized going if they would have said in the first place. They also sold me on a health coach since they like to sell you plans and even supplements here which also wasn't covered by insurance when they said it would. Went to a new doctor and previous medications and advice provided by Doctor at Essential Family seemed to be contradicting my new Doctor and confirmed with lab results. In the end I am happy I ended up needing to find a different primary care."

"I was referred to Dr. Delsorio about 30+ days ago. I was initially looking for a new family doctor that also specialized in homeopathy. I have placed countless phone calls to this office which have all gone unanswered. I have placed messages for Dr Delsorio, her office manager and or MA to no avail. As a potential new patient my only thoughts are that they must be too busy for new clients, don't care about new clients or have some major issues with their office staff and/or communication:( Very disappointing..."

"Dr. Susan Del Sordi is one of the most compassionate doctors I have ever been to. She spends time and talks with me, and seems very caring. She also seems to be a very knowledgeable physician. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Del Sordi for your medical or health needs."

"Dr. Del Sordi and her staff are amazing. I've been seeing her and her team for many years and she is one of the best doctors around! The office is always busy because she takes time to see every patient, doesn't rush when she is talking with me, and she seeks to understand the underlying cause of symptoms and NOT just to prescribe something and move on to the next patient. I really cannot understand how anyone would give her and her team fewer than a 5 STAR review. If anyone understands the medical industry then they know that finding good doctors are harder and harder to find. Please don't blame high cost insurance issues on this office. We all have different insurance plans and copay's/co-insurance so if there are questions related to your EOB or services that were provided then you should call the office and talk with them. I had an issue with one of my old insurance companies and they refused to pay for services that Dr. Del Sordi provided to me. I ended up out of pocket a few hundred dollars but that was an issue between me and my insurance company. I highly recommend this office IF you can get in because Dr. Del Sordi has a wonderful team and those who are fortunate enough to remain her patients will be taken care of for a very long time."

"Absolutely love Sara! I was very impressed with the time she took with me to understand my concerns. She took an extensive look at my hormones and tweaked my thyroid medication to it's optimum level. Many Doc's in the past have just aimed me at a wide range of "normal" levels, not looking at the entire picture or accounting for how I felt. She carefully explained the synergy of everything involved, and why she recommended a revision of medication. I travel 30 minutes to this office for a reason."
