"September 2020, my wife and I were involved in a motor vehicle accident. This caused pain in my upper and lower back along with both my left shoulder and knee. Dr. Romero was my Chiropractor and Physical Therapist. I feel extremely fortunate to have found Dr Romero. He coached me through pre-surgery strengthening for my knee and shoulder, so that recovery would be much quicker. I had chronic neck pain prior to the accident which required injections. Dr. Romero adjusted my neck a few times, it’s been 2 1/2 years and I’ve had no flare ups, no injections, no pain. I now have full rotation of my neck which I was unable to do prior to Dr. Romero adjusting my neck. My upper and lower back took a little more time heal but, Dr Romero adjusted my back and taught me stretching and strengthening exercises to which has prevented flare ups.
