"Whoever runs the front desk is rude and lazy. Puts you on hold every single time you call, told us “we have to do the leg work” when trying to see if a pharmacy has the prescription in stock even though every pharmacy we have called said they won’t disclose it to us and the doctors office has to call. Jessica is also rude and hung up on us which is so unprofessional, I would love for someone there to make it make sense if the pharmacy won’t disclose to us if they have it what else are we supposed to do? It must be nice to get paid to do literally nothing but answer and a phone and put people on hold for 15 minutes when there’s hardly ever anyone in the lobby."

"I have been coming here when I could for around 6 years. each visit was around $39 dollars (a little more when I hurt my back and needed pain management). when I went in today to talk about a prescription I was told the copay was OVER $100!!! it still says $39 dollars on their facebook page and there’s no where else online that said any other price (I believe the first visit is $59 but as I said i’ve been a return patient for YEARS) i’m very disappointed and also now I have no idea what to do about my prescription that is running low. I would suggest removing the “for less” part out of the name if you’re going to raise the price that much knowing how many people can’t afford insurance and are paying out of pocket. it’s no longer for less for us."
