"My family and I recently moved here to Aspire Apartments in Washington Utah and it was such an awesome experience with the office staff! Britney was very knowledgeable of the property and the area around the apartments. She was so polite and welcoming. We enjoyed working with her! The apartments are spacious and well planned out layouts. We look forward to warmer months as they have a beautiful pool that has a kid section for the little ones. Id definitely recommend living here and meeting with Britney for any of your questions!"

"I moved out recently because of my job change and I really loved my time here. The first management team was really unorganized and left us always wondering if anything we needed help with would ever be resolved. The new team that came in was on top of everything and helped us get our insurance issues all squared away and went above and beyond to make up for the problems we had in the past. The maintenance guys are awesome and get to your work orders super quick and are really cool guys. Our move out deposit was fair and nothing seemed out of the ordinary from anywhere else we've rented from. I don't know how these other reviews are bad because we loved our time there and felt the staff actually cared about making things better than before. Most people just want to complain, but trust me, this place is actually a good one. Our neighbors felt the same way too. We would still be there if we didn't have to move out of state."

"We moved out in July and I have never been treated so poorly by management. They changed out management during our stay and the new manager wouldn’t hold up anything that was promised to us from the previous manager. He was so rude to us and made us feel very unwelcome. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. To top it off, we left the apartment in really nice condition and were told we would be getting our deposit back. They said it was “mailed” but of course they never sent anything. UPDATE Tried calling the number they left and it’s disconnected. They stopped emailing us back when we asked for an update on the check they claimed they “mailed”. We still haven’t received it. This place will treat you like garbage and then scam you out of your money. I wish I could give zero stars."

"Unless you love being lied to by management and harassed, I recommend one of the apartment complexes down the road. First apartment we've ever had problems with. Glad to be moved out. They promised amenities would be finished in a couple months, but 12 months later when we moved out, the pool still wasn't close to done. When our friends were going to move in the management told the whole building worth of people that it wouldn't be ready to move into just days before, after sighninge there lease over a month before, then it still wasn't ready a month later. They were homeless for a few days. The business model is lie to get as much money out of people as you can, do you think all of those people got there deposits back?"
