"When discussing my symptoms of urinating frequently and the urgency associated with it, Dr. Hong provided three options. One was medication. The other two were invasive procedures. When I told him I would like to start with the medication and see how things went, he basically got up and walked out of the room. As a follow-up to my initial visit, they did schedule another noninvasive test and follow up after a couple weeks of using the prescribed medication. When I called to cancel those tests, because I didn’t see a need for them as a result of the medication working so well, the receptionist was very rude. This office pushes additional procedures and office visits as a cash grab. I would look elsewhere for a Urologist."
