"The front desk doesn't know their job. When I called to make my initial appointment, I asked if they took medicaid. She said they did. Well, they do not, and I didn't find this out until AFTER my second appointment when they told me. Now they're trying to bill me $150, with the bill stating that they're giving me a discount from the initial $240 charge. The audacity alone is disgusting. You're not getting a penny from me or anyone else. YOUR employees made a mistake so YOUR employees should be the ones paying for it. I've filed a report with the OIG and by the end of the day tomorrow I will have spoken with every credit reporting agency to make sure that they know the situation for when you inevitably send the bill to collections, which again, I'm not going to pay. Any documents I signed accepting financial responsibility were signed with the understanding that my insurance (AHCCCS) was already going to cover it. That's what I was led to believe by your inept front desk. It is not my fault that you do not even know what insurance you accept. I would never have stepped foot in the building had she knew her job. Any further contact from you clowns on this matter is going to be taken as harassment and I will find a legal way to return the favor. Typical corporate trash."

"Serenity is an amazing psychiatric center. I've seen many psychiatrists over the years and Dr.Mcclure is the only one who I felt actually listened and cared. They offer more than just medication and they've helped me a lot. I would recommend this place to anyone who has felt disappointed in their previous doctors. Thank you Serenity!!"

"Dr McClure is one of the best physicians I've ever had - patient, understanding, compassionate. However, I'm extremely let down by Serenity not allowing telehealth appointments even for self-pay patients. I have an unpredictable medical condition, and more than once I've had to drag myself into the office while extremely sick, when it often isn't safe to do so. The bright lighting in the office makes it even worse. I won't trade Dr McClure for anything, but the practice does not have good accessibility for those who need it."

From the providers to the patient advocates to the front desk associates everyone is focused on providing the best experience and helping you get better. I was nervous and apprehensive for my first appointment. The center did an excellent job of text reminders and phone calls. They were very accommodating to my meet over the phone I never felt rushed And none of our interactions felt transactional. I arrived at a beautiful building, meticulously decorated, and very welcoming. Dr. Brooks was the best provider I have had the pleasure of being in the care of. He listen to me, he challenged some of my thought processes, and ultimately he came up with an individualized plan for my care. I truly wish everyone could experience this level of care and satisfaction. If you have the opportunity, please give Serenity Mental Health Centers a chance to provide you with the care you’ve been looking for."
