"I don't appreciate that I am unable to reach my prescriber in critical times. When issues arise, all I get is alot of worthless feedback from people who seem quite cold and unable to even listen (or read) what my requests represent. It's all text messages. That's pretty weird if you ask me. I pay $200 a month for this treatment, and I think I should be able to reach someone who can help rather than threaten me with consequences."
