One Medical: Phoenix - Biltmore

"The providers here have been fine but I learned rather abruptly (I had to ask them) that One Medical providers are no longer covered by my insurance. Apparently, One Medical is affiliated with Dignity Health, which has been in a dispute with Blue Cross Blue Shield of AZ. Who knew? Before you pay the annual fee double check your coverage. As of yesterday they are still listed as covered by BCBS."

"They were extremely disrespectful and canceled my girlfriends doctor's appointment because of their clerical error. They refused to give my girlfriend the link to her zoom appointment because her membership was expired but she was not notified the day before when she made the appointment. They don't care about people health or well-being. In one year she has had 3 different doctor's because of their high turnover rate."

"Let me make an appointment with a doctor that doesn’t take my insurance. So after waiting all day for my appointment and driving a farther distance to go to a different office that had appointments available I still haven’t seen a doctor. It’s crazy that I had to drive 45 minutes to get an appointment less then a month out. One medical used to be great but not as of lately."

"I hesitated giving a 5-Star review... Not because they don't deserve it, but because I don't want them to have so many patients that it is then harder for me to get an appointment. I LOVE One Medical. I've had nothing but exceptional service. My NP handles 90% of my needs and my MD is there for anything else. I've never waiting longer than 2 minutes for my appointment and I'm always brought back by the person I'm there to see. My old PCP would leave in in lobby for 30 minutes and then a nurse would bring me back to an exam room where I would wait for another 30-45 minutes. Never again! I believe their patient care model is similar to that of Mayo: timely and outstanding patient centric service. My entire family belongs to One Medical."

"My PCP is Ann Andrews and she is fantastic. The customer service I receive from the clinic overall is superb. It’s definitely worth the membership fee. Labs are done in house. I can book an appointment so easily on their app. I can do a video visit with an available doctor 24/7. Thanks so much One Medical!"
