"I love the dr themselves the nurses are cool as well. But sometimes when i call the receptionists are so rude and unwelcoming. Specifically karen its really off putting, if you do not like what you do and cant be nice, dont work there. Edit in the last 2 weeks i have came in for the same problem, trying to speak for my kid the medicine is not working asking for them to look into issues further. They have been unhelpful, dismissive, the nurses do not show any care. You can tell they jst worried about leaving."

"I have been waiting over a month for an ENT referral for my son who is almost 2 years old. He is now developing another ear infection because they can't seem to get it together. I have taken all my 3 children to this facility as babies but now remember why I left them!!! I have called 6 times and I am promised the referral was sent or we'll get it over today but there's been no action. They are neglecting the care of a small child!!!"

"What can i say that's not cliche by far the best pediatricians in all of Arizona the best reception with the same genuine morals as the Dr's they care about our kids genuinely and whole heartedly I adore the compassion and empathy for families"

"Worst experience. i went to go get my baby’s check up and they charge me 100$ when nothing was wrong with my baby they just charged us, they even told us nothing was wrong and when I went I saw some other staff members making fun of another staff member I’m pretty sure it was for her religion which I found very disturbing because I am also Christian i felt unsafe and didn’t like the way the staff treated me or my baby I had to wait 2 hours long even though I showed up 10 minutes early to my appointment. im finding a new doctor and I better place."

"Worst place ever. I like DR Lopez but his staff and nurses are out to rob you. My Sons doctor charged my husband and I 100$ for his well visit which should have been free but because they found a skin tag by his ear, they put the code in as a sick visit. How does a skin tag make my baby sick??? HE WAS BORN WITH IT! ITS NO SURPRISE! They also charged us $100 because they said he was colicky when we went in for another well visit. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?? ARE YOU SURE HE WASN'T JUST HUNGRY AND NOT COLICKY??? I got them to remove the colicky charge but they aren't budging with the skin tag charge. If you didn't give him medication to treat these things then why are you charging our insurance and us?? If you plan on taking your children here beware they will probably charge you regardless if theres nothing wrong with your child. So if you think your wellcheck is free at this place, think again. They will charge you $100 if your baby even hiccups or sneezes.. Worst place ever. Finding a new doctor today.."
