"Ayden was great at intake. My 7yo son was nervous going in, and he made it much better. Staff was great and helpful. Wait time wasn’t bad. My go-to urgent care."
"Just left the Scottsdale office and from the minute I stepped in, the staff were amazing. They are a very, kind, caring and compassionate group. I'm very satisfied with the professional care I received from the receptionist, Aiden and Susanna PA. Keep up the great work, you are all greatly appreciated!"
"The Desert Ridge Urgent Care is great! I was seen in a timely manner, the staff is friendly and truly caring. They did a thorough job of accessing my illness. I would highly recommend this phacility to anyone!"
"Great experience! Wonderful to have this clinic so close. Really easy to book a time. Staff was friendly and efficient. I feel much better now and definitely recommend them should you need urgent care!"
"I went to this urgent care yesterday (2/27/2024) and let me tell you. They didn’t help much at all. I came in because I got burned at work, I explained the situation and they said it would be about an hour wait which happens, I don’t blame them for that. But I sat in the lobby with my arm and toe on fire. They didn’t offer an ice pack, or a wet paper towel or anything. They kept saying they were working on contacting my work to get the insurance information because it was a workers comp claim. I finally got in the back and the doctor said mentioned going to the hospital which created panic for me internally cause I didn’t really understand how severe my injury was at first I just knew I was in alot of pain and my arm and foot felt like it was on fire. She then sent a nurse to put burn cream on and wrap my arm, they did a poor job and they didn’t put cream on all of the blisters that were forming. I had to have the other nurse rewrap me cause the bandages were falling off already. He ended up putting medical tape on my blisters accidentally (I don’t blame him necessarily because it was difficult to see where the blisters were forming). They didn’t even provide me the bare minimum pain relief like an ibuprofen (I was in agonizing pain). They also wouldn’t let me leave until they got my insurance information from my work. I felt like I was being held hostage. This whole experience tells me a few things, they really only care about your money and not really your health and they don’t have proper training for situations like this. I’ve never been burned so I didn’t really know whether to go to an urgent care or a hospital, that’s my mistake, but I don’t want other people to make that mistake. I ended up going to the hospital after and canceling my follow up appointment and when I went to call and cancel they said “we might want to do a follow up appointment anyways” and I told them “no, I will not be coming back, I don’t feel like I got adequate care the first time”. She said she would put a note into my account and cancel my appointment but this morning I received an automated text message saying they confirmed my appointment for Friday, canceled it online but this also tells me they weren’t listening to what I had to say and they didn’t cancel my appointment. Overall pretty disappointed in my experience here, I didn’t feel heard, I don’t think they realized how serious the situation was, and I feel like they only cared about how they were going to get their money. I uploaded photos, the first ones are when I was at the urgent care and some of the bandages they initially put on and the second ones were after I left urgent care and removed the wrap they put on me. The hospital said they were 2nd degree burns with some 3rd degree burns and I am following up with the burn center today (2/28/2024)."
