"I feel bad posting a negative review because the staff were so kind, but Dr. Vasquez just did not have the best bedside manner. He was in and out of my room in about two minutes and prescribed me 4 medications of which he did not explain. I do understand he has a ton of patients to see, but he just seemed in a big hurry. As soon as he walked in and I explained what I was there for, he kept saying “I know, I know”. He said my nosebleeds were normal even after I told him I held pressure for 45 mins and I was still bleeding and swallowing clots. He explained how nosebleeds look scarier than they really are and how blood is very pigmented and can make a mess. I felt dismissed because as a nurse myself I know that is not normal. The nurse there was extremely helpful in advocating for me to bring the Dr. back in to get my questions answered. He seems like an incredibly knowledgeable doctor and the staff were awesome so it’s unfortunate he was so rushed."

"This is the best place for ENT care in Phoenix, AZ. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Vazquez is patient, compassionate, knowledgeable and outstanding in patient care. Mary Ferriera is an excellent Audiologist and amazing in helping patients with hearing loss and getting new hearing aids. If you need an ENT or help with hearing, there is no better place to go!"

"The person who conducted my hearing test was informative and compassionate. The male doctor she left me to consult with was ARROGANT and USELESS. I was told I need hearing aids by the person conducting the hearing test. I asked if someone was going to give me more information as I know nothing about hearing devices. She explained the doctor was going to consult with me. He walked in and said, "looks like you need hearing aids...you either get them or you don't!" And with that he was finished talking to me."

"If I could, I'd give Dr. Vazquez a minus 2. PLEASE LOOK AT ALL OF THE BAD REVIEWS AND CANNED REDPONSES. I saw Dr. Vazquez and it was as if I was interrupting his day. He could not get out of that room fast enough, he didn't want to answer any questions and it was quite rude behavior. One of the medications he called in was actually over the counter with no dosage?? One medication he prescribed was a Steroid which I can't take because it's not for someone with high blood pressure. Lastly, he called in another nose spray to Costco pharmacy that I've never been to and was not in my chart. I don't trust this place or this doctor. See him at your own peril Dr. Vazquez needs to go back for some Bedside and Manners training. I would never trust this doctor to touch me again."

"My first visit Dr Vazquez left me feeling hopeful that he could help treat my MCAS. I did the allergy test where I had reactions also got the blood test. I got the same blood test done for my primary care as well the same day. My follow up I felt Dr Vazquez did not care. He said my levels were fine and I didn’t have allergies. And wanted to do a treatment in my nose when I had no issue with my nose. My primary blood work showed high levels for my allergies so I called and asked again if he could help recheck that my levels were high so there must be a mistake. He said again I had no allergies and that was a flat out lie. Refused to even listen to me. For the beginning of the appointment I thought he was talking about a different patient I was so confused. Traveled from flagstaff to see him and was broken hearted by his treatment and actions. If he didn’t want to help he could just say instead of trying to put me through something pointless. I do not recommend."
