"It was a virtual visit, not an in person one, so I give five stars on the option at that hour. I would subtract some however in that I was supposed to receive a text or email with the link and waited 50 minutes without any activity. The app has no means of letting anyone know that one is waiting, present, or anything. I couldn't use my phone to call in case the doctor did, so my spouse had to use her phone to call Village Medical and go through their roundabout, time-consuming switchboard before finding anyone that might be able to let our pcp's staff know that it was after the time of the appointment and we still had not received a link to attend the visit/meeting."
