"If my appointment starts at 9 I should be seen at 9. Not 10. What is the point of an appointment? A lot of doctors overbook trying to make more money that’s not cool. I have to pay to see you and your late? My time is money just like yours is, your time is not more important than mine. This is the last time I’ll be seen here."

"Oh where do we begin… 1) We were testing for Anti Kell, they lost my blood work 2) no one called to inform us of the results once they found the blood work. 3) we saw 3 “high risk” doctors, none of which seem to look over charts before seeing patients because we had the same conversation 3 separate times. 4) despite telling the doctors we had already went over the anti kell conversation and completed testing, the doctor literally said “IF he is the dad (in front of my wife and I during the ultrasound appointment) that the baby would be at risk for anti kell, since I came back negative, he reiterated that if I’m the dad then we are fine but if the baby is not mine, the baby is at risk. This is insulting, disorganized and disgusting. I asked this doctor, “did you review the charts before you came in to see us?” His exact response was “I will admit I did not review your charts before seeing you, I apologize”. HOW DO YOU SEE A PATIENT BEFORE REVIEWING THEIR CHARTS??? Wow. Wow. Wow. 5) they never work, the midwife works part time, so getting ahold of her seems to be impossible. 6) If you end up getting medication, which is likely, then they will “try” to send the medication in to the pharmacy the same day however that often does not happen, on 2 separate occasions, I had called the pharmacy to check if it was ready however I found out the office never even sent it in. When we asked for confirmation once it’s sent the said they cannot do that. 7) I had to Google my wife’s symptoms, turns out she may have ICP ~ which can result in stillbirth if not caught early enough. Luckily this was brought up to a random OB that was working that day and she ordered lab work and provided medication. If I had not googled her symptoms, we would have never found out. (She had itchy feet and hands a/o a rash ~ symptom of ICP). I would like to thank Mayo for having such readily available information online… this likely saved my child’s life. Meanless to say, we will not return. Ever. Look, if you have a normal pregnancy that’s great but god forbid something goes wrong, DO NOT TRUST THEM TO BE ORGANIZED AND PROACTIVE WITH UNFORESEEN ISSUES. I have complained multiple times and I am taking my wife to another office. She was an employee for Mercy Gilbert previously as a lab tech, so she’s biased to go to Dignity thinking it’s like Mercy, wrong. It’s nothing like Mercy, this office is AWFUL. it should be shut down for negligence, disorganization and lack of professionalism."

"DO NOT recommend. Dr. Daunci has failed me! I had a gut feeling so I switched back to my regular obgyn at 32 weeks. After coming back to my original Obgyn I found out that I have an antibody that can severely affect my unborn baby. I was also placed on blood thinners due to the fact that I had covid. We also found out that my baby is breached. NONE of which Dr. Daunci informed me of. She was more interested in tying my tubes. And putting me on birth control. Making me goto therapy (the therapist didn't think I needed therapy and dropped me). Dr. Daunci is not a provider I would ever recommend. She has severely failed me and I regret coming to her in the 1st place. I only came to this place because I moved and it was closer. I'm now traveling 40 mins to see my original obgyn and it's 100% worth it. Pass on this place!"

"I delivered my daughter here and everything went great! All the nurse's that took care of me and my daughter from begining to end were so amazing. They stayed attentive to anything my daughter and I needed. My 2nd pregnancy and it went by so fast. Thank you to Dr. Le for delivering my baby with care and to all the nurse's for being such an amazing help when needed the most."

"Receptionists could be a little more kind. The nurse was nice. The midwife I saw treated me awful. I have never in my life had such a bad experience or been treated that way. I literally went home in tears and then changed offices. I highly recommend going elsewhere if you can."
