"So my doctor is no longer practicing. I'm looking for a new one. I called to have my cough checked out and see if I could get in and they said the Dr want accepting new patients but the PA was. I was seeing them for a cough I have had. They put me on hold and came back and said they didn't want to risk getting covid. I told them I have tested negative for 2 1/2 weeks. They said well once you get clearance from another doctor and your cough is gone we can see you for an initial visit. Healthcare at it's best."

"Not only did this clinic take longer than advertised for their "same or next day appointments" (for which they charge an annual fee), they also consistently struggle with simple clerical tasks (sending prescriptions to the correct pharmacy, leaving messages they claim to have left, sending orders in, filling out order paperwork correctly, and so forth). The actual care itself is also poor; the doctor is frequently dismissive. One time it took three months for a medical issue I had to resolve, which included weeks of him telling me to see if it went away on its own (something which I'd already done for weeks before making an appointment). If you need quality care, I would recommend seeking it somewhere else."

"Dr Reed and his staff (the Jenn’s!) are awesome. Kind, compassionate and providing top quality care. Just finished a TeleMed call with the Dr Reed since I live 1:45 hours away and he was very thorough and he prescribed what I needed. I highly recommend this practice. Thanks team!"

"Legitimately one of the best doctors I have ever had. He is personable, funny, and always remembers and asks things about me or my family that truly shows that he cares. We have been with Dr Reed for about 3 years now and have continued to use him even after moving much further north. His front desk is pretty helpful and I have never had any issues, which is great since a front office can make or break a practice. I can normally schedule a same day or next day appointment, although the office hours do not always mesh with mine. He has a PA now, though I have not been seen by her, which should help in availability. As for insurance coverage I made sure to identify that Dr Reed was in network prior to my first appointment and we haven't had issue since. The office also helps fill out/send in the yearly exams I get reimbursed for through Cigna, which has been great."
