"DO NOT COME HERE! This location does not care about your wellbeing and safety during your in-person visit. Eli, the medical assistant, was verbally abusive and cruel for no reason. Completely unacceptable for anyone to treat someone like that, let alone in a professional medical office. For your own wellbeing and safety, avoid him at all costs, even if that means not coming here and having to find a different doctor. If you have to come here in-person, let them know you do not feel safe with Eli and either someone else who works there needs to also be present or they need to find someone else. While the doctor I saw after was exceptional, it does not the erase what happened right before. As someone chronically ill their whole life I've had hundreds of appointments and never an issue before this. Everyone there gave the impression that this not the first time Eli has done this and assured that he would be talked to about it again, but that makes it even worse, means that the practice accepts this behavior and doesn't care about the wellbeing and safety of it's patients."
"Thought this place would be organized and make navigating the system a bit easier. Not the case. A few rude office staff and a lack of communication between Foley and said staff led to me wasting both my time and money without ever actually receiving any service. Would recommended somewhere else if you have the option."
"Dr. Gulinson: Seen for Large Liver Cyst. Excellent Knowledge, Honest, Compassionate, Caring. Great Educational Background. Relationships with Top Surgeons. Several Locations for quicker appointment availability. While Dr G is not a specialist for Liver Cyst Surgery, he was quick to recognize my urgency of being seen by the best surgeon in the state. He recommended me to go the ER of that Surgeon so, I would get into surgery quicker than setting an appointment with that surgeon's office. Very smart. My only ADVICE for him and anyone that is instructed to go directly to the ER from here is that you get Dr. G to issue you some pain medicine. He can issue it to the hospital he sends you too. That way, you have it IF you NEED it while waiting in the ER. I had to wait 4 hours in excruciating, agonizing pain with a liver cyst about to rupture. NOT Dr G's fault, but my own for not being more of an advocate for my health. I'd highly recommend Dr Gulinson for any digestive issues."
"I received the worst customer service from the office manager. Long story short, I had an endoscopic procedure performed by Dr. Michael Foley. Per my discharge papers and Dr. Michael Foley, I was instructed to schedule a post-procedural visit. I called the office, and I was told that I could not be seen because the office does not accept my insurance. I suggested that I could pay with a different form, such as a credit card, but according to the office manager, it is against the law to charge me when I have an insurance plan and that the office could get "penalized" for charging me. I contacted my insurance provider to ask if this was true, and they said by law they cannot reject patient care or refuse to schedule my follow-up appointment. In addition, the insurance provider said the office could try billing my insurance (which would deny the request), but the bill would come to me. I have no problem with paying for a service that has to do with my health, especially when it is a post-procedural visit. The office manager was condescending, lacked customer service skills, and was discourteous. All I wanted was to be seen by the doctor who performed the endoscopic procedure and make sure that everything was healing the way it was supposed to be. Ultimately, paying for the service received, either by cash or by credit card."
"Top notch customer service! Shifat Ahmed, MD was very personable and warm. Jessica, his assistant, was prompt and to the point. The front office staff were polite."
