"it is heart breaking, the way i was treated by staff this morning. I put forth every effort from start to finish to demonstrate my interest and ability to work for them, not to mention turned down two jobs to work for them two! I was not seen as a person this morning who like everyone else, come across unforeseen circumstance and not able to meet an obligation. I did however call to inform them that things had not turned out in anyway, the way i had planned and i was hit with an enormous expense that threw me off guard.. it took me longer to straighten out that situation longer than i anticipated but i called to explain. I showed up on time this morning but was, according to an employee not dressed professionally as a BHT or Case Manager, which i have dressed the vary same way for other major behavior health organizations, not to mention i should have been told to dress professionally. In all fairness i guess i should have asked, but I cant understand the reaction to me because there was a guy (employee) there in a jogging suite with slide on shoes. She was dressed with a sleeveless top, and a skirt with a splitup the side like she was going to a night club...so I'm not really sure what the idea of professionalism is but i would have had a nice blouse, nice skirt, no splits up the sides and some low pumps! that my idea. Your staff showed no compassion, empathy or concern ...that person did not showed grace or understanding toward me in anyway and she sure was not an example of professionalism not office professionals any way... She did not see me as a person who was trying to make a honest living to provide for myself and my family. No! she took great pleasure in firing me without even giving me an opportunity to even thrive. This is what we do as black people to each other...she wanted to try and tear me down and show me she was the boss...the head bi*** in charge...that's all...not a kind or loving bone in her body...just cruel...then she turned around and told me to "have a blessed day". my heart is broken, it's like she took a dump on me then turned around and said "enjoy" these types of cold hearted people are working around the most vulnerable of the population. They are dark souls that sit in the church every Sunday where they teach love, forgiveness and kindness to one another yet she treated another human being that way...not just that but another black woman...a black woman like her...with the same struggles...just trying to make it...just like her...this is why we will never come together...because we are too busy tearing each other down!!! shame on you for toying with people's lively hood...you are not perfect and have needed grace, forgiveness and understanding how dare you not extend it to others!!!"
