"My husband had foot surgery here two weeks ago - our nurse, Brian was the BEST. He was compassionate, caring, detail-oriented, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Our doctor, Dr. Kayce was amazing. I was texted when my husband went into surgery and I was texted when he was coming out. The doctor came out and spoke to me directly after the procedure and let me know the details and was super informative and helpful. The only negative about the experience was the surgical center called me the day before and asked for full payment even though I have good insurance and I was told by Aetna that they could bill my insurance directly. She was not very nice, and the girls at check in were okay, but certainly didn't go out of their way to be nice or helpful. I would think twice about agreeing to use this facility again, even though everything else was great."

"Dr Erin Kloos showed no compassion, she ordered my medicine with one day delay. When I called her after four hours because I was in extreme pain, a guy! Answered her cell and he seemed confused! After a bit he said she’s in surgery. When I told him I’ll call the center so someone else help me, all of a sudden DR KLoos were out of surgery and by the phone! It’s unforgivable to lie to a patient in pain! Should’ve never happened! Not to mention it took her couple more hours to order my medicine and by that time the pharmacy was closed and I went through pain all night because she wasn’t responsible! The next day I called her cell( wasn’t told that I can not call her cell!) . She was very rude and annoyed . She could’ve just says call clinic were she is! It wasn’t like she was asleep ; she was at work and was mad that I called her cell! A DR WITH NO CONPASSION and lying about being in surgery when obviously she wasn’t ! I leave this here so her supervisor sees it and no other patient goes through stress I went through because of her lack of compassion and care! I had great experience with everyone else and dr Mekel was amazing in this clinic but because of his assistance dr kloos I had to give one star so some changes happen!"

"So, I am just wondering where in your policy and procedure manual, it says to force patients out of the facility even though they are nearly incoherent and unable to stand on their own and are vomiting. Happened to me 10 days ago and no apology even though I complained (that's probably to avoid liability). You are so lucky it didn't turn into a serious incident. The nurse was hyper-aggressive and rude to my wife who was simply scared for my safety. Shame on your establishment."

"Just had a colonoscopy performed in this center with Dr Fares. I found the office to be efficient in their prep communications, including texts and emails. On-site, I found every staff member to be friendly, supportive, and proficient in their job functions. I would not be hesitant to use them again in the future."

"Every single nurse or medical personnel I encountered was kind, patient and helpful. They put me at ease despite my anxiety. They were very quick, but I didn't feel rushed, and the procedure was painless and easy! They communicated everything, and didn't mind repeating anything I missed or explaining things I didn't understand. I was very anxious, and they made me feel so comfortable and not at all embarrassed. Best experience I could have expected for a colonoscopy and EGD. Thank you!"
