"I saw you guys when I was in desperate need of care to get my dysautonomia POTS diagnosed. Dr. Jaffe ordered the tilt table test and his office staff didn't do their job after that. I was told to call the Arizona Heart Hospital to schedule an appointment. I talked to them and they said they don't schedule appointments with the patient, that the office needs to do it. I called with this information THREE TIMES to try and give them the benefit of the doubt and fix the issue. I still haven't heard back, that was in November. I found a NEW cardiologist at Arizona Heart Rhythm Center and they got me the tilt table test scheduled in 3 days. You guys should really look into your office staff. No one wanted to take responsibility for it, kept pushing it on the office manager but they never contacted me either and I can only do so much as a patient."
