"Dr. Gabriela Montes is fantastic. She gave me options for my foot problems and then gave me realistic advice on how to proceed. The surgery was practically painless. I only experienced soreness until my foot healed. She is worth the drive!"
"Dr. Montes and her team are very attentive and really listen to my concerns and questions. My post-surgery care was thorough and truly it is a partnership as I must do the exercises. She provided pain meds and meds for swelling when needed. I'm doing much better and do not need to come back until further issues and will continue with my toe exercises. Also received medical notes by patient portal to my email. That is a nice touch. Pleased to recommend Dr. Montes at Desert Foot & Ankle."
"It’s an easy access to the office building. Service was great. Dr. Montes was very thorough with explaining how to get me back on my feet safely and also they were very accommodating with schedule times."
"this is the worst doctors experience i have ever had. i came in there hoping they could help me out with my feet. all they did was charge me a ton of money for some pieces of plastic to put in my shoes. that i had to pay them another chunk of cash to make multiple appointments that they never completed any of the records on. its like they have a short term memory and never type out their notes. i gotta keep scheduling $85 appointments just to get answers to any questions. then once again. no notes. gotta make another appointment at $85. they keep canceling my prescriptions making me schedule another appointment to clear up. then nothing. no notes in the system. no prescription refills. its just ibuprofen for christ's sake. what is the problem. you call them and the girl on the phone just gives you attitude. then hangs up on you. i asked why they couldn't fix my prescription since its the only way they want to help me. and they just say schedule another appointment. all i do at those appointments, is sit in their office for almost an hour just to ask them to at least call in the prescription since they somehow cant do anything else to help me. and they say ok, and nothing happens. i gotta make another appointment. what a joke. and a bad one at that. screw them they are cant even help you. feet are somehow unfixable by their standards. you gotta buy a $600 piece of plastic to put in your shoe. see ya later.. cha ching!"
"I had a great experience with Desert Foot and Ankle. Dr. Montes was thorough, knowledgeable, and empathetic. Kevin assisted Dr. Montes, and he was very gentle and considerate. I felt that I was a good hands with this podiatry practice."
