"Charlie has been my Wellness Coach for several years. My original goals were to workout at the gym on a regular basis and lose weight with eating healthy foods. Charlie created a personalized plan just for me! We worked together on a fitness routine I can use at my local gym. Charlie also assisted me in creating a daily menu of eating whole foods. "I have received both physical therapy and wellness coaching from Charlie at Cadence, and am much healthier because of it. He is the only physical therapist I’ve seen who would spend an entire hour (or more) one on one with me. He takes the time to properly assess and work out a treatment plan that I can continue at home, and then he checks back with me to see how I’m doing. Charlie’s hands on techniques to manipulate sore joints and muscles relieved pain, so I could resume my daily activities. That same attention is given to the wellness coaching.
