"Lazy lazy lazy. The doctors there are more worried about their dolce and gabbana shoes than they are their patients. Absolutely no hands on, I literally could have done what they did and ask questions with no physical exam AT ALL."
"Hung up on me and told me that I can’t make an appointment with their doctor who is my pcp listed on my insurance card. Also said they don’t take banner Aetna even though they do. Don’t go here. They are completely unprofessional."

"I did not find the location I was looking for, this is about the office at 3540 E Baseline Rd, Suite 131 Phoenix, AZ. My father had two appointments here. One for cardiology and the other for urology. The unprofessional is real. I understand that due to COVID no one is allowed in, however my father experienced a stroke that affected his ability on an entire side of his body including his speech and motor functions. I explain this as I drop him off at the door and I’m told what I was told over the phone because COVID I am not allowed. Later they have to make an exception when they find out he is helpless and cannot fill out any forms or give any information himself. For this reason I try to do as much as I can online such as a questionarre or copay. Each time after I leave they will require the copayment from my father which has already been paid. He calls me and puts me on the phone with the office and I explain to them that I have paid, kept my receipt, and if they would like to see it I can go in and show em. Never have I gotten an apology for trying to double charge or I see that here or anything just “ok” and hang up. Thank goodness he didn’t have enough money. Their professionalism SUCKS! It’s already a bad situation that I feel helpless because I cannot help my father and I don’t want him to feel helpless. But on top of that the attitude when explaining instead of them seeing the situation. (& then having to called in later like I told you so) And then the shady billing going on. I would give 1 Star but I will add 1 for COVID. 2 star experience."
