"The worst experience ever! As a new patient, I understand that paperwork has to be completed. So to save time, I completed it online. Received text to arrive 30 minutes earlier, again, understand. Completed additional paperwork, still okay. It should not be an extraordinary event to have your appointment start on time. 20 minutes after my appointment time and still not seen. Mind you at this point I've been there almost an hour. I will not be a new patient ever. Also, your front desk didn't even look at me when I approached her and handed my I'd s to her."

"fast quick clean curteous. dr van buren is awesome. she smiles and makes you feel like she cares. she has a really good sense of humor too. i have never had to wait long like in most docs offices. only complaint is that they do not refill meds unless you go in for a visit. not even when pharm requests. thats why only 4 stars"

I have not had a bad experience when I visit this office. Dr. Takes time to answer questions & explains things that I may not understand. I have followed him since the very first visit on 19th ave & orangewood then to the 35th & southern location & now we are here! I've searched for a long while for a Doctor whom I could trust. I found him! I thank God for him."
