Pinnacle Ear Nose and Throat

"These are a bunch of money hungry doctors running this practice. My husband got his nose fixed because he snored and they didn't guarantee us but told us it would help with the snoring. Well it didn't. However my problem with them is he keep telling them his nose hurts afterwards he would come in but they would just say let's keep an eye on it come back in a month after months of playing this game I realized they weren't trying to help him but just trying to rack up medical bills. Not one time did they come up with a solution. Oh and on there medical bills no where does it show how to pay it. If you want a handful of bills and broken promises I would suggest staying far away."

"I saw Dr. Rizzo years ago when I was a child. So when my daughter needed to have a hearing and tonsil check, I thought it would be good to have my daughter go to the same office. I had specifically asked to see the PA in the office because I had seen her more recently and scheduling confirmed that I was supposed to be seeing the PA. Unfortunately it seems like either they weren’t honest or she just wasn’t there that day because we ended up seeing Dr. Rizzo, my daughter is three years old and is autistic. Upon entering the room Dr. Rizzo asked regarding my child’s autism, “How bad is it?”. As if that is an appropriate question to ask. Normally, one would say where do they fall on the spectrum or something along those lines and when this was explained to Dr. Rizzo he then followed up with the question of, “Does she attack people?”. Again, my daughter is three years old. I found this to be wildly inappropriate because he has no understanding of my daughter’s comprehension and yet he’s asking questions as if she is a dog or some sort of animal. I am sad to say that I will never be inquiring for Dr. Rizzo’s services ever again and will make sure as many people as possible know that Dr. Rizzo may not be a good provider for their autistic children."

"Believe every bad review pertaining to the staff/office and anything they have their hands in. Dr. Rizzo is technically a good Dr. who does a good job. But the staff does Dr Rizzo a disservice. In my experience, the staff is impatient, rude and dishonest. There's a reason they have a 2.8 star rating."
