"An unmanaged table was setup in the parking lot of a mostly vacant building in what appeared to be a less than safe neighborhood of Phoenix. A pasteboard sign on the table directed me to room 212. There I encountered a young, barely understandable African woman with headphones. She administered the appropriate tests. I would NOT recommend this testing method to anyone."
"I got a rapid covid test which came back negative, and there was no wait time. The lady who did the test was a trooper, because she was outside , it was raining and cold. Got the results in about 10 min. Great service."
"Worst experience ever. I was scheduled for 4:00pm and after waiting for an hour and half outside in the sun and sick someone shows up (5:30) pm then they didn’t had my information when I had already provided that by phone I waited for another 20minutes for them to put in my information and the person that was going to do my COVID test asked me to sit down or to wait in the car so I went inside my car to wait after waiting for another 20 mins he tells me they where not able to do my COVID test because he was not able to process my payment due to the system being down. It’s not proper to schedule an appointment and then for someone to not be available. Most of people that go do a test are not feeling well for them to have us wait while the other person goes on lunch. If you are going to have someone at lunch do not schedule an appointment for that time when you know well no one will be there."
"Was able to get an appointment with in the hour, received documentation before I even left. The online appointment and paperwork were all easy to fill I out. No complications whatsoever. Quick and easy, the only bad thing was that I texted positive.."
