"Not a patient, but I never would be, and if you have any regard for your sanity, I would tell you not to be one either. I've been trying for three days (yes, three days) to get in touch with this clinic. Their website is down (and has been for the past week), and the main number for the front desk leads to a voicemail every time. I have left three voicemails with the receptionist, none of which have been returned. Don't get me started on the absolute catastrophe which is their billing service. I am normally very patient, but when you've been put on hold for 20 minutes and the call is disconnected right as you're first in line, it's frustrating. Now imagine that happening four times in a row. It's almost mind boggling that this type of entity is allowed to exist and operate."
"Taken over by Optum, but this location isn't even listed on their site! The Dr who took over for Barbara Berry doesn't have a pic and I've left two messages "with the medical assistant" and no callback. Already have an appt for a new primary care doc. Optum sucks."
"I have had a great experience with my PCP, Dr. Riffer, for over 6 years. Now, they have been bought by OPTUM Primary care and have become a Horrible office to deal it: from scheduling an appointment, to simply speaking to the front desk, to reach the doctor, to refill a prescription, to get a referral, billing…. everything is extremely difficult and frustrating to deal it. They sent me a bill six months after my doctor’s visit, and even billed me for my annual preventive visit which is 100% covered by my insurance company. It’s taking them weeks to fix it. The people who sometimes pick up the phone are rude and unfriendly. Sadly, I am leaving Dr. Riffer‘s care. I simply can’t deal with this new office and his staff!"
"It was the first appointment, and I really have good comments for it. I was treated very nicely by the front personal as well as by Dr. Riffer. They were all very professional and caring. Dr. Riffer was very caring too by listening very carefully to me. My prescription was placed right away, and 15 min after leaving the clinic I got texts messages confirming my dedication and test prescriptions."
"Tried in vain to setup an appointment with Dr Barbara Lipschitz yesterday. Waited on hold for 15 minutes then the call went to voicemail. Tried it again with the same result. Left a voicemail to setup appointment but nobody called me back. The appointment service is the absolute worst I ever experienced. Today I''m going to change my doctor because of her abominable appointment service."
