"Staff is beyond rude and quite frankly not sure how they function with admin staff that is so unprofessional and so mean. Specifically above everyone else walking around like they hate their jobs, the most rude and poorly behaved person (on more than 1 visit) is Sandra... not even sure how she is allowed to behave that way and represent the office so poorly. My parents are elderly and the fact that they dread going to get tests there because of the staff is infuriating. I will be taking this to corporate. But I hope that this review helps somebody stay away and save your blood pressure getting set off!"

"The drs are decent but If you need meds get the prescription in paper to take to your pharmacy. After several calls and patient portal messages from friday to tuesday we had to go physically to the office got told it was sent to the pharmacy called the pharmacy wasn't there and then asked for a paper copy. After that, the lady couldn't remember the prescriptions that were sent. Had to wait to verify that they gave the right prescriptions. Would highly recommend this office to hire more qualified, detail oriented staff."

"My mom suffered with extreme high blood pressure and her previous cardiologist really didn’t do anything. Went to this practice and dr Natarajan really took the time to listen and helped her get her blood pressure down. The INR doctor does an awesome job as he explains everything in detail. The staff is awesome and so helpful and they are bilingual. Highly recommend."

"If you have heart problems DO NOT GO here you will DIE waiting for that’s people to do anything. Took my grandfather here he clearly has congestive heart failure has been in and out of the hospital multiple times for it Was told by Dr. Knight and Dr. Kiki “ you don’t have heart issues” it’s your lungs we will send a referral to Saint Joseph Norton, something pulmonary specialist that was over a month ago after multiple phone calls to St. Joseph’s and back to IMS we still don’t have a referral was told by IMS that they thought we were going to find our own lung specialist lol what are that’s people smoking If you are looking to die and don’t want to get better then go here cause they Will leave you hanging If you are looking to get medical help and get better, please seek a different cardiologist"
