"I have scheduled an over the phone appointment with GNK medical 3 times due to them never calling me, I called when they missed my first appointment and they had said they were a little behind so without a thought or worry I rescheduled, the next visit no call again I had called and they had said that they are sorry and I had to reschedule again, and so on and on, if you want a reliable medical provider GNK medical is not for you!"

"2021- I decided to end my care at G&K for poor front office service. I work in the medical field and have never seen such bad unprofessional attitudes. Absolutely no compassion! Not to mention running my debit card for other peoples copays! Double charges and incorrect billing issues. 2024- I chose to go back, my husband unfortunately is still a patient here. My provider called in sick so I had to reschedule. My appt was for 415 and no one had called yet so I called. Thank god I did! No one called to verify my insurance. But they stated someone called me twice. They did not!! They said I needed to be rescheduled again! I’m good! Again….poor service poor attitude unprofessional, lack of communication, no compassion. Get rid of administration AGAIN and get rid of Irene already! Lol but…they wanted to collect my balance of $1.03"

"I have struggled with doctors dismissing me about anything and everything because I'm overweight never look into it or anything I struggle with asthma no one ever took the time to help just called it reactive airway.. G&K has been helping me with my asthma and now it's under control it doesn't flare up my allergies are under control and now I feel like I am not struggling to breathe and live.. They don't dismiss me here they listen to my concerns and refer me to the appropriate specialists. Josslyn and Lupe are both amazing and I appreciate everything they have done for me."
