"They have no scales for wheelchair bound patients, ie, no legs or unable to stand. Heart issues & weight gain as a sign of edema, this concerns me for my elderly parent. As no way to weigh at home either & need weighed at the Dr office."

Sub-par care awful communication skills, no empathy for what families are going through!!!!!! I'd give them a no star rating, if I could.
