"We saw Matthew (NP or PA I believe) on 11/9. He took a biopsy and scheduled an appt for 30 days later. We came on 12/8 and there were no results from the lab which was the whole reason for the appointment. Matthew stated that Dr Updegraff would definitely call the next day. We had to call two days later and ask for the results. Didn't talk to the Dr but the RN provided the results. This is VERY poor service. We are supposed to get a call from a Dr to discuss surgery. They have a chance to redeem themselves if that call happens when promised."

"My husband and I have been coming here for 4 years and we highly recommend this place. The doctors are very nice and take there time out to talk to you about whatever you are going in for. And they help you stay calm when you have to have a procedure done. Devon has a very calm demeanor and I recommend her. The girl at the front desk is so very nice and funny, she always gets you in right away as well. Angela gives me my allergy shots several times a week and I can't say enough good things about her. She loves her patients and goes out of her way to get your shot to you even if you cannot make it there. She is the most caring person I know and she always checks in on me if I miss a shot. Angela has a great sense of humor, is very personable and caring. Just Love her!"

"I saw Dr. Updegraff in early March 2016 as I was concerned about a mole on my face that had darkened in recent months. The office staff was courteous and helpful, the doctor was pleasant and efficient. He took a biopsy removing the mole completely and told me it would take about a week to get the result. His office staff called me within a week and informed me the biopsy was benign. I paid cash, the service was very reasonably priced, the lab fee was much less than the doctor indicated it might be.. I highly recommend the office of Dr. Updegraff. All in all, it was a very satisfying and reassuring experience--and not as expensive as I expected. Hans Rasmussen Sun City"
