"This was my first visit and i was shocked how i was greeted and talked AT and blamed for the scheduling mistake made by the staff. No one a ever took ownership of the issue, but instead blamed me. Once the blaming and rudeness stopped I was able to have a good consultation. I decided to return for the treatment. Im hoping for a better experience with the physician."
