Camelback Medical Centers - Chiropractor Phoenix

"Starting going here after an auto injury and was having our insurance claim cover the treatment. To my surprise Camelback Medical Center decided to "discharge" me and close out my case with my insurance. When I asked the front desk lady, why i wasn't informed of this when scheduling my appointment. She stated "Well you're all better now". Why would I still be making appointments if I am better? I live with neck and back pain daily but for some reason they decided to close out my treatment and wanted me to pay cash. This one star review is in hopes that they learn to pick up the phone and call their patients before they DECIDE to when you cured or not. Horrible business practices! Never again will i refer anyone to go here after today."
