"I was in a near fatal Semi Truck accident and my treatment was facilitated by the most experienced professional staff I’ve ever encountered. I’m very thankful for the countless efforts of staff in this office . I’m extremely grateful for Lillian the NP that orchestrate my medical needs professional and accurately the first time every time . I recommend Lillian to anyone who mentions medical treatment. Lillian makes it look so easy . She really care about the patients that she treats . And a special thanks too Robert , the office assistant for always making sure my appointments, referrals, call backs , physical therapy and much more are organized and ready. He’s been flawless, I’ve never had a issue it always ran smooth. My family and I are very appreciative and always grateful. Thank you , Karlos M."

"The staff is great. Very friendly and responsive. I was disappointed when I discovered that Dr.Evans does not work there (he only directs, from what I was told). They have only nurse practitioners. I really need a physician so I will need to find one elsewhere. The nurse practitioner was nice but she prescribed an incorrect supply of the Medicine I have been taking for years. I had told her during my visit that I take 3 tablets in a day (I was with a Cigna doctor who had initially prescribed it but he has retired, and my insurance has changed since, so I have to find another doctor). I had even taken my bottles with me to show the NP what I was taking and the quantity of each Medicine. So I assumed that she prescribed the same. I was shocked when I realized how little medicine was left in one of the bottles (the other one was correct). I contacted the pharmacy and they said the prescription says only one tablet per day. I will be in trouble if I took only one per day. I feel upset that such a mistake was made by the NP. I called their office and the front desk said they would contact the NP. I hope the problem will get fixed. I desperately need my Medicine. Next day I called to see if they had sent the prescription to the Pharmacy and they said yes, but the Pharmacy is refusing to give me the medicine. What am I supposed to do? I cannot be without this medicine. All this because the NP did not read the label on the bottle and blindly prescribed an incorrect dose. Extremely careless. I will need to go to the pharmacy and I argue with them and beg for the Medicine, but I don’t know if they will agree. Such a waste of my time! I will not recommend this facility to anyone. Careless NP and no doctor on site."

"I was there with my sister, for an emergency walk in, she had ear pain when we were in Phoenix. The NP and staff were quick to see that she was examined and treated promptly. I would gladly recommend this location for anyone in the area."

"I have been present at this office about 5-6 times. They have always been courteous. Their expectation of the patient as well as the patients expectations are made clear. I've never had a bad moment. I have seen 3 providers and they were straight forward and kind. The staff that checks me in always smiles and asks how I'm doing. I'm not sure why others are having an issue but as an RN, I will say that calm thoughtful communication works both ways in order to accomplish what is needed. - Kristina M. RN, BSN, CM"

"DO NOT BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT HERE!!!! I've had the worst experience with them. I don't even understand how they are still in business. I've had to call multiple times in regards to prescription refills and they still will not have it done. I was then told that they will call me within a week in regards to a referral, but that also never happened. I decided to go see them again about six months later for a prescription refill and was told again that they would call me within a week about my referral. Not to my surprise, they failed again. I called them back to express my frustration and let them know not to bother going forward with my referral and that I would find a specialist myself, all the receptionist said was "okay... Okay bye." I do not recommend this clinic at all. Save yourself the stress and find a better clinic to go to!!!!"
