"I called to speak with someone about ordering some cabinets. A gentleman by the name of Jim answered the phone and told me to send the necessary information for them to put together a quote. I sent an email with all the information requested the very next day. Well, it has been 3 weeks and I have tried contacting Jim via email, text and phone numerous times with no response whatsoever. I don't know if the company is out of business, but to not respond to an email or a text or a voicemail to let me know that they are still working on it or are not going to be able to fulfill the order is just very poor customer service. Since I have not received a response I have had to go with another company to get my cabinets. Needless to say I would not recommend using CMJ cabinets as there are plenty of other cabinet companies out there that are much more responsive. Very disappointing to say the least."
