"I went in and had a HORRIBLE experience. As a 18 year old trying to be responsible and take care of my first OBGYN appointment I was treated horribly. Cold and demeaned, I was left confused multiple times because the workers did not give thorough instructions. Talking to the workers and DOCTOR there was no compassion or connection. There were also workers standing around gossiping as I tried to figure out on my own which room I was assigned to with my cup of urine in my hand. I was fast talked and the overall communication with the doctor and workers was terrible. I am hurt that I put my trust into these health care workers just to leave with this experience in mind. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!"

"Do not go here I was forced to get induced because I had gestational diabetes. I was able to control my blood sugar with just diet but they still forced me to have my son early which he now has autism. His head came out flat in the back. They also will only call you and tell you over the phone if your pap comes out abnormal and it’ll be someone you have never spoken to before. It was a very traumatic experience for me going to that office I will never go again I now go to Omina and they are so much better I just had my daughter 6 months ago and I had gestational diabetes with her and I’m over 36 and they didn’t force me to have her early and my body was able to go through it’s natural process and because of that I was able to have her naturally and the experience was so much better. I feel that Estrella women’s health center just does things to convenience their doctors. I was not even able to have the doctor I wanted deliver my baby even though I was forced to get induced."

"I saw Arianna Lew for my annual appointment. She was fantasic, gentle caring and patient. Although I didn’t make use of them , there is an on-site lab and imaging for mammograms. The facility is clean and smoothly run. The only thing holding me back from giving this practice a full five star review is the use of paper robes instead of cloth ones. I believe that a practice for women only should go a step beyond the norm to make us feel comfortable when in such compromising positions."

"Dr. Orland is the BEST but I just couldn't do more than two stars because the first interaction is the front office staff and BOY are they rude. I had to do a follow up appointment for an ultrasound, I asked the checkout lady when will I know what my part is to pay she tells me someone will call. No call. I called them and was 226 and right away she says it's due up front. Times are hard for people and I received a payment plan before and paid on time and I have been going here for more than 10 years, I'm not new to this doctor or office. The front office staff has me transferring to a different doctor."
