"Went to office on 3/06/24. I dealt with Mary. Sonia and Olivia. Everyone was pleasant and professional. The only reason I gave them a four instead of five is because they were having difficulty with the computer system and it took awhile to have my bill printed."

"They told me at first they don't deal with equipment that I knew already because I contacted to ceo of the actual product. Had already dealt with my insurance and still have a drawn out process where I could've already been walking on my own if it wasn't for them not ordering my equipment and being scheduled out too far. Thanks guys for not having empathy and caring about others being able to get backbto living a normal life again. I'm sure if it were the other way around you'd already have your stuff completed so why not treat others the same????"

"I’ve been a patient of Hanger clinic going on 2 1/2 years Hanger clinic is by far the most friendliest professional people I have ever dealt with since getting my prosthetic Dave you are absolutely the kindest, sweetest man I have ever met. I think you so much from the bottom of my heart as do my kids, Chuck, your professionalism and knowledge of dealing with prosthetics is amazing. Hanger clinic is so lucky to have you on their company. Just this past Christmas Hanger clinic adopted my family for Christmas to everyone that participated and donated to my family. I think all of you guys from the bottom of my heart you made my kids and myself Christmas. A beautiful holiday. Thank you so much Hanger clinic for all that you do I would highly recommend Hanger to anyone dealing with a prosthetic they treat you like family there and also Miss Olivia at the Avondale location the receptionist I love you you are such a sweetheart."

"I had a Crow walker boot made on Sept. 28 2022. It's been one issue after another they use low quality parts and I still continue to have issues it's one after another. I don't recommend this firm."

"I would give them zero stars if I could. I have been waiting over a month for my daughters leg braces. This office seems to not know how to do much of anything correctly. I already rescheduled my daughters appointment to pick up the braces this upcoming Monday only to get a phone call and be told it won’t be in until maybe the 12th because they couldn’t rush it. Considering they told me the ordered it last week, they’ve known it couldn’t be rushed and didn’t call until the weekend before her appointment. they knew it had to be in before the 11th or it was pointless to order because we’re moving (military) on the 11th. They say they can ‘try to ship it’ to a place near us. So again no guarantee I’m going to actually get her braces ever with this company. I would not recommend this place whatsoever and based on my experience here, I’m not inclined to drive the two hours it’ll take to get to the nearest hanger in the state I’m moving too."
