"I had been battling hip pain when trying to run postpartum for about 6 months when I got an ad for continuous motion physical therapy. I chatted with them online and scheduled an appointment. I was hesitant and really didn’t want to spend money on physical therapy but I wish I would have gone sooner. Meredith not only fixed my hip issues and pain, but helped correct other errors I was making that may have caused future injuries. I am now training for a half marathon and lifting after only 6 appointments and have a plan set up to continue on my own. I would recommend this place and especially Meredith to anyone I know who is trying to be more active and having pain or problems, especially moms postpartum. I know this is a long review but I truly could not have asked for a better experience!"

I came in with a 9month long hamstring issue that no one prior to her could pinpoint, but in our first session with some dry needling she was able to locate it.
